What's in My Oily Bag: Fall 2018 Edition

Here's what I've been carrying around on overnight trips this fall. My mom had her other shoulder replaced so this bag is geared towards keeping me stress free 😜  The bag I travel with is an essential oil carrying case and is from Pine Valley Market on Etsy.  I love this bag. It was affordable and is holding up very well. I've had it for over a year and it still looks brand new.

Okay, onto the goodies inside the bag...

Nail Serum Roller- This nail roller helps my nails grow long and strong. Click here to read what is in this roller.

Endoflex- I roll this over my thyroid morning and night. It really helps keep my body temperature level. Endoflex isn't my favorite smell (It smells very spearminty) but it works wonders. To combat the smell I apply it before I get in the shower. I find doing this helps the scent sink in before I start my day. (Fun Fact: The shower water actually helps drive the oil in further... that is why if you get an oil in your eye you should always rinse your eye with a carrier oil NOT water because water will just drive the oil in further.)

White Angelica- This oil is only available to Young Living members and if that's not the kicker for you to get started then I don't know what else to do for you 😂 White Angelica is a blend of a few oils including Bergamot, Geranium, and Rose. It smells very sweet and floral-like with a hint of earthy-ness. I LOVE using this on the crown of my head or over my chest. I love combining it with Frankincense and applying it before I meditate.

Stress Away- I bring this everywhere for obvious reasons. I usually put it on my wrists and the back of my neck. It smells so so so good!!!

Progessence Plus Serum- I apply this to my wrists twice a day. This serum really helps balance my hormones. If I stop taking this I notice a drastic difference. I stopped taking birth control in 2017 and for a while my hormones were through the roof. I would cry over the littlest things! Pro+ has saved me.

R.C.- I got struck with the fall-crud that was going around. I like to put R.C. all over my shower floor before I get in the shower. It smells great and really helps open my airways. R.C. stands for Respiratory Comfort and is a blend of Eucalyptus, Myrtle, Majoram, Pine, Lavender, Cypress, Black Spruce, and Peppermint.

Valor Roll-On- For all the strength, courage, and calmness. I roll this on my neck multiple times a day. This is another oil that has been life changing for me.

Immunity Roller- I will be posting a DIY on this roller soon... but until then it is a blend of Thieves, Oregano, Lemon, Tea Tree, and a few other oils. I roll it over my spine every night before bed. My previous batch was in a spray bottle... for the record I prefer it in a roller better 😊 I find that if I do fall below the wellness line this paired with Ningxia Red helps me bounce back faster. I also seem to be able to ward off the nasties for longer by using this roller. You need an immunity roller and Ningxia Red in your wellness arsenal, trust me.

Frankincense- I'm obsessed with Frankincense right now. As I mentioned above I love using it before I meditate. I crave the smell of Frankincense. It's amazing for your skin, emotions, and overall wellbeing. Go google the benefits of Frankincense right now!

Orange Epsom Salts- Pro Tip: Get every last drop out of your oil bottles! One of my favorite ways to do this is to fill my "empty" bottles with epsom salt. I leave the bottle full of epsom salt for a few days and then drop it right into my bath. It's amazing how fragrant the bath water is even though the bottle appeared empty!!! Also, have you tried an epsom salt bath?!?!?! Detoxifying and amazing. Try it!

Happiness Roller- Uh-Oh! I don't remember what I put in this roller... I think it has Inner Child, Peace and Calming II, White Angelica, and Surrender. It smells amazing and I like to apply it to my wrists on busy days. It keeps me calming, uplifting, and helps keep me cool in social situations.

That's everything in my oily bag this season. Click here and here to see what I had in my bag earlier this year.
