Satur-DIY: Lemon and Baking Soda Face Mask

Happy Satur-DIY!

I mentioned during this week's Tip Tuesday that I would be sharing the honey orange body wash this week, but my plans have changed. We spent this morning setting up some new furniture, so the body wash will have to wait... I decided to do something easy instead. This DIY is still a great one that I do all the time!

Here's Dustin finishing one of the new pieces of furniture. We thought it would take thirty minutes.... four. hours. later

Today's DIY is super quick and easy. It is a Lemon EO and Baking Soda face mask.
Here's what this mask can help do:
-minimize blackheads
-keep oily skin at bay
-brighten skin
-gently exfoliate
-even skin

1 TSP Baking Soda
5 drops Lemon Essential Oil
A dash of water

Instructions: Mix Baking Soda and Lemon EO in a small bowl. Add a dash of water to thicken the mask.

To Use: Spread evenly onto face. Let the mask sit for ten to fifteen minutes. Wash off.

Tip: I like to open my pores before applying this mask. I do this by holding a hot wash cloth over my face for one minute. Then I apply the mask and finish as usual. This makes the mask work even better. :)

So easy, right!?
